What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

As a standard, supply is available from 25 kg bags and up, subject to availability. For certain products, smaller pack sizes are available, ranging from 200g to 5kg.

Are products available from stock or made to order?

Supply can be arranged either directly from the manufacturing site or from stock held in Antwerp, one of Europe’s major trade hubs and a highly efficient global logistics gateway for both eastbound and westbound shipments.

Which Incoterms are available for delivery?

We take responsibility for the shipment to the client.
Sea shipments are generally offered under CIF terms, while air shipments are offered under CPT terms. In selected countries, direct-to-site delivery can also be arranged at DDP/DAP incoterms.

Are sample testing and technical support available?

In-house sample testing is available, along with coordination of third-party lab analysis if required.
Technical support and professional guidance are provided based on practical industry experience.

Are audits of the production sites possible?

Audits may be conducted either for the company or for the represented manufacturing facilities, subject to a signed agreement and clearly defined expectations in advance.

Are custom packaging or tailored solutions available?

Yes. Packaging, pallet configurations, and documentation can be tailored to meet client specifications and the relevant regulatory requirements of the target market.

How flexible is the response to special requests or unique requirements?

A high level of flexibility is maintained for unique or non-standard requirements, provided expectations are clearly communicated in advance. The objective is to deliver smart, workable solutions that do not compromise on quality.
